Delivery Lead Times
I aim to despatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to one week from receipt of order. If an order is urgent & required immediately, please advise me accordingly & I will do my utmost to accommodate.
Packaging
I make the jewellery, tiaras & accessories with the utmost care and attention. They are also packaged in the same manner. All items are wrapped in acid free tissue paper & are then presented in either a cardboard sleeve, gift bag or box with the Elizabetta logo.
Delivery
Orders can be sent by First Class Post, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery in The United Kingdom or by International Post to abroard. You have the choice when you go through the checkout process. Please note that Elizabetta cannot be responsible for orders which have not been insured & are lost or damaged in transit. Elizabetta reserves the right to adjust postage & packaging charges depending on the size and weight of the order.

FREE for orders over £30.00 in value
Special Delivery
£6.00 for orders up to £50.00 in value
£7.00 for orders up to £100.00 in value
FREE for orders over £100.00 in value

Payment
Please note that I do require full payment in advance when you place your order. This can be done by sending a cheque made payable to Elizabeth Gambone-Smith or by paying through Paypal. I only accept cheques from The United Kingdom. Purchases from abroad must be made through Paypal. Please note that monies must be cleared before your order is despatched. Refunds and Replacements
If you receive something that is damaged or faulty then please advise me by email in the first instance. Please also return the item to me within 7 days of receipt & I will send you a replacement. Please note that the item must not have been used & must be returned in its original packaging. I do not offer a refund on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

The jewellery, tiaras & accessories made by Elizabetta are aimed at the adult market and are not intended as toys for small children. Jewellery with magnetic clasps is NOT suitable & should NOT be worn by people who have pacemakers. |
